Terms of service
Plain-language summary of how Awtistik Radar may be used. This is a starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before you charge anyone.
The service
We provide structured information about internet domains through a web interface and an API. Availability is best-effort unless a written SLA says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to target individuals, to attempt to identify people, or to build a competing dataset for resale. You may not exceed your plan's quota by rotating keys or accounts.
Your data
We store the email address you register and a hash of your password. We record API call counts per key for quota enforcement. We do not sell account data.
Accuracy
Signals are observations, not guarantees. Verdicts such as "parked" are automated inferences with a confidence score, and you must not treat them as fact in a decision that materially affects a person or business without your own checks.
Termination
Either side may stop at any time. We may suspend a key immediately if it is used in a way that threatens the service or breaks the rules above.
